I met Maria over a year ago, at first I wasn’t sure her goals for me were realistic, however, I have to say I expected much less and received so much more. Maria not only helped me with my balance issues, but she exceeded with getting me feeling more connected and feeling so much stronger than ever before… She is enjoyable to work with, funny and extremely knowledgeable of her craft with her physical therapy background she designed a program that was personal, and she still has me interested.
