In-Home Personal Training
Convenient, in-person and virtual training sessions are personalized to your individual requests and level of physicality. You will feel motivated, interested, and focused on achieving your personal goals. We will develop a balanced approach to training that suits your lifestyle and delivers results. Whether you are hoping to train for a marathon or just getting back on your feet after surgery, there is a custom program for you. Feel assured, I have confidently trained a diverse list of Clients, all with varying complexities including those with physical challenges. I genuinely believe in the human body’s ability to repair and heal no matter what age.
Fancy equipment is not needed for in-home training. A custom program encompasses alternative techniques to perform cardio, strength and stretching workouts to help achieve and motivate you. However, should you desire to purchase equipment, I can guide you to what would be advantageous for your needs.
And remember exercising at home can be just as challenging as working out at a gym. Best of all it is private, effective, and safe whether in person or held virtually.
Your individualized training program will offer the following:
An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness and is inclusive of a brief medical questionnaire. The Fitness Assessment is included with complimentary initial consultation
General programs will consist of a warm-up to prepare the body for exercise then a robust focus on strength training. Designed aerobic programs are realistic to follow both independently and with my guidance. We will focus on sculpting the body for change, working on stamina, endurance, agility and of course getting stronger. Customized programs may be more or less intensive based on your experience and level of fitness.
I ensure that workouts do not get repetitive or boring. In person or virtual sessions are typically one hour in length, booked in advance and longer-term frequency training programs are also available.
