Maria Olivieri, M.S.
… is a respected healthcare and fitness professional and former dancer. She earned certifications and degrees in Exercise Physiology and Physical Therapy from Hunter College and New York University, and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Maria’s takes a unique approach to training, blending acquired skills to allow her to design safe, enjoyable, and effective in-home training programs for her clients.

My philosophy has been simple, and that is to keep it simple.
Maria is passionate about health and is pleased to share her perspective and experiences in discovering what health truly means to you. While many physical training programs often promote one stereotype of “health”, my perspective differs in that I support clients in achieving and maintaining their best physical condition while also helping them understand what a healthy body and lifestyle means for them.
Sessions go well beyond just training, Maria establishes meaningful and engaging relationships with clients and sessions go beyond physical training to include real-life conversations, she listens to the ups and downs and family dynamics. She takes an organic approach, integrating the body and the mind. She coaches, motivates, and imparts a sense of knowledge and expertise to training, ensuring clients achieve lasting results. Maria distinguishes herself with the many long standing client relationships attained over her business career.
For over the past two decades, she has developed a loyal following from CEOs to stay-at-home moms alike. She communicates, “Work out most days and keep it simple”. Customized programs consist of stretching, strength, and cardio training – Maria’s techniques make workouts fun, challenging and a bit different each time.
